Pursuant to art. 13 of It. Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended and supplemented 101/2018 and art. 13 of the GDPR 679/2016 and in relation to the personal data of which the company will come into possession, we inform you of the following:
The processing is aimed solely at the satisfaction of requests for information received through this site.
The processing is carried out by means of operations or a series of operations such as collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.
Operations can be performed with or without the aid of electronic or automated tools.
The processing is carried out by the owner and/or persons authorised for the processing.
The processing is necessary to fulfil the request of the party concerned
The provision of common personal data, necessary for the purposes of carrying out the activities referred to in point 1.
Any refusal by the data subject to provide personal data implies the impossibility of fulfilling the purposes referred to in point 1.
The personal data processed by the Data Controller will not be disseminated, or will not be disclosed to indeterminate parties, in any possible form, including their availability or simple consultation. They may, instead, be disclosed to the Data Controller’s employees and to some external parties who collaborate with them, always in compliance with the purposes indicated. In particular, these are employees/collaborators who, on the basis of the roles and work duties performed, have been legally qualified to process personal data, trained to do so within the limits of their skills and in accordance with the instructions given to them by the Data Controller. They may also be disclosed, to the extent that this is strictly necessary, to the parties that for the purpose of issuing our orders or requests for information and quotations or formulations of offers (including the agents of Technogel spa) services, must provide/deliver goods and/or execute/receive performances or services on our/your behalf.
The data may be accessed (for purposes of assistance on SW applications, on the computer network and for connectivity) by our assigned technicians or external consultants or those tasked to do so by companies providing such services. Finally, they may be disclosed to the persons legally entitled to access them under the provisions of the law, regulations, and community regulations. The Data Controller retains and processes personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated. Subsequently, personal data will be retained, and not further processed, as documented in our Processing Register. The retention period can vary significantly based on: the purposes, the type of data processed and the legal obligations;
When it is no longer necessary to retain personal data, these will be deleted or de-indexed or destroyed securely in accordance with our rules.
Personal data are not subject to dissemination.
The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third countries or to international organisations.
Even though currently all parties that process data on behalf of Technogel spa as external data processors are established within the European Union, in the future it may be necessary to provide such data to parties that may be established outside the Union European, in countries that do not ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data pursuant to the Privacy Code/European Data Protection Regulation EU 679/2016. Technogel spa will transfer, if necessary, data outside the European Union only after adopting the precautions established by the Privacy Code and the European Regulation and after obtaining the necessary guarantees from the parties and with the consent of the interested parties
Pursuant to art. 7 of It. Legislative Decree 196/2003 and articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, you may exercise the following rights when applicable:
a) request confirmation of the existence or not of personal data;
b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed and, where possible, the retention period;
c) obtain the correction and deletion of the data;
d) obtain the limitation of processing;
e) (where applicable) obtain data portability, that is to receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;
f) object to the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;
g) object to the automated decision-making process concerning individuals, including profiling;
h) ask the data controller for access to personal data and to rectify or delete them or limit their processing or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability;
i) withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to withdrawal;
The same, where exercisable by you can be upheld by writing to Technogel spa, privacy@technogel.com specifying the subject of the request, the right that the data subject intends to exercise and attaching a photocopy of an identification document certifying the legitimacy of the request.
